TrueSpace by the Caligari Corporation is a 3D rendering/modeling program.  It has a wide array of features, it supports plug-ins and there are power packs available for it too.

TrueSpace will import and export many 3D file formats:
 

But since the *.BIN format is not one of them, you will have to make use of conversion processes and/or the wavefront file format to use the program for Monster Truck Madness (or Fly!).

If you cannot afford a postcard but you have six hundred dollars you don't know what to do with, then TrueSpace is worth a look, but you might want to check out the non-functional demo before you buy.
