Q. What do you get when you combine an MTMG track making extravaganza with an annual racing event?

A. Guitar Bill Expo 2008!

To commemorate the fourth annual Guitar Bill Memorial Racing Tournament, we invited everybody in the mtm community to create new tracks on which this year's tournament could take place. The result was ten masterpieces and two months of competition.

In the past we have judged and critiqued track and truck submissions and rewarded the maker's patience and tolerance with small tokens of our appreciation for their time and effort. This time, however, we kept true to the 'expo' concept and honored Guitar Bill's name by treating all creations equally and running all of them in live, online action.

I would like to personally thank each and every one of you who contributed work and/or participated in the expo and tournaments. Being a long-time friend of Guitar Bill, I think I'm safe in saying he would be honored and proud by what you've accomplished in the past months.
