That's right, this coming Monday.

I mixed FM29's telephone pole with some custom textures and came up with a set of five different sized (and very realistic) pine trees with transparency. It's way better than MTM1 trees, and more realistic than MTM2 trees. Next project: Deciduous trees. They'll be harder, but I can realistically color them with autumn textures.

If you want (AFTER Monday :-)) dead pine trees (I dunno why), ask me and I'll whip up some brown ones.

boxconvert doesn't convert models. It converts the boxes section of the sit file.

These trees look nice but they will need some touching up.

The textures have sub rgb-8 black where the trunk is mapped so in the game the trunks appear to have holes in them. Also as I suspected these are evo 2 origamies so some of the overlapping branches are rendered invisible in mtm2. These also have vertices that are not merged so mtm2 gets confused when you get close up, faces begin to flip flop.

I'll play around with these to come up with something that looks a little more acceptable, then post em up.

I'm sending the pack (two sizes) to Phin now. You oughta check the models section periodically now.
