.wav files in traxx

I want to give a model a continious sound. I want to use a piece of an mp3 for that. I have already cut the piece I want to use. Converting it to wav isn't a problem either but it won't work.
Does anyone have any idea what i'm doing wrong here

The most common mistake is not setting the wav to 11 kHz 8 bit mono.
