But that still does NOT give you the right to Re-Upload or even EDIT someone elses work without the original authors consenting permission. ALL WORK IS PROTECTED UNDER TRADEMARK COPYRIGHT LAW AND IS A FEDERAL CRIME TO MANIPULATE WORK WITHOUT CONSENT FROM THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR. Now with that said... Do you honestly want to get into some serious hot water when you tick off the wrong person that originally made the trucks and tracks in the first place?

Monsterextremo, aun así necesitas el permiso de kaseyfan para poder subir el truck a la pagina de mtm2.com. No puedes subir trucks de otras personas sin permiso.

lol dude, you gotta learn we're an international community. His english is very basic, he can hardly understand you. And from what I know, hes a spanyard so all your federal *stuff* means nothing. Only international copyright laws run.

I'd like this to be taken down please. There isn't even any credits in it.

This is the same EXACT guy who did this earlier this year and quite a bit last year. Why he isn't BANNED is beyond me.

I'm not "fussing".

I'm not a fan of things I helped contribute on being taken by someone (whos done this COUNTLESS TIMES) who changed NOTHING on my truck. And called it his.

I don't care if your from Mexico, Canada, America or where ever the hell this guy is from. It's wrong and he knows it.

Its an EDITED TRK file. Big whoop? He didn't edit your textures, models, etc, he edited the TRK FILE. I'm not taking sides, but that is all he looked like he did.

Which is why I'd like it removed. He didn't add anything to the truck nor did he edit it.

That's the thing hah. I honestly don't even know what it is.

I open the zip he uploaded and there's a bunch of junk in it that I can't even understand.. The pod doesn't even show up in game and theres obviously no reason why it should be up on the download section when its basically spam.

He's done these things a few times before and had the same type of files removed. The credit file he posted in there I can't even understand what he means by it, the poster just has a bunch of texts that say "edited tires".

Well that might help the cause haha..

It's the Bounty Hunter 'custom tires' in the upload section. I'm sorry to make a big deal out of it but I feel its just a waste of space when he didn't do anything to the actual truck.

I don't mind anyone updating or modifying something I have contributed, as long as some type of credit is given and that its an actual modification and not some tire change.

For future reference, this might have been much simpler to handle had somebody provided clearer info at the beginning. This turns out to be a reupload of this...

... but with extras packed in the zip along with it. There was no need to upload the same thing twice, and changing tires is the only reason I can find for not uploading a truck. Everything should be shared but a minuscule change like tires doesn't really count as a significant update.

Had the first post or two included this info, we could have closed the book on this early, and there would have been no need to bash on a young guy whose first language isn't even english.

For now, though, this is off the page.
