Malibu is right about TxRaw. It's great for viewing raw files in windows explorer. It copies them to the clipboard automatically so you can just paste into psp or any paint program.
Also, there is a program called FlyRawGui. It will convert raw files to bmp and then back again. No it wont do a batch, but it's quick and simple to use. Remember to rename the files so you get unique file names.
