Hey there Psyco,
If you are running Winamp 2.62 you can output directly as a wav.
Check it out here
http://www.winamp.com/getwinamp/faq/index.jhtml?filenumber=70&language=english&layout=normal&prevlayout=normal

Hope this helps,
Bean

Haven't tried it yet but I've been told the Musicmatch thing is a really great program, especially for the use Psyco is using it for.

I didn't like Music Match very much, and I felt like I wasted the $30.00 I paid to register it. It didn't work any better than the free version did, in spite of claims that it would, and the recordings had too many pops and hisses for my taste.

I used a small (1.5 megs) program called CDex I found (for free) at www.download.com to extract the MP3 to Wavs, and then used the Adaptec CD Creator that came with my CD writer, and was much happier with the outcome. The CD's sound as good as manufactured ones.

I use a program called CoolEditPro which does absolutely everything you could need - except opening up MOD file :C
