This is caused by truck which is for older version of Mtm2. I had it, and trucks for it don't work in the final version. (The older version was warez, it had different version number than the "real" mtm2)
"Real" Mtm2 .trk files contains these rows:

axlebarOffset
0.742188,-3.250000,-0.062500
driveshaftPos
0.000000,-2.550000,-0.062500

Missing of these rows causes the error. To fix, just copy them from other truck.

Wow, that's a great discovery. Don't know how you figured it out but great job. Thanks.

So thats what caused it.

One quick question. Is this a problem that Warez users will get?

Most likely, yes. You'll never know what you get with warez...
