Hey guys, I have seen some people post their weirdo errors here. I just stumbled upon a lost MTM page I had that had some cool MTM2 errors. It was some problem that messed up the color of the truck in the garage, but kinda cool. Check it out http://www.geocities.com/CollegePark/Union/5684/psych.html
CHECK IT

LOL. I've seen that happen but thought it was just my old ATI card. Should/could I put those up on the errors page here?

P.S. Geocities is slow this morning.

Yeah you're right psycho, those were some shots I was taking to promote MTM2 back during the Beta tetsing(yes I had a legal copy), it was a lost page that I found cleaning out the webspace. Just thought it was interesting. You MTMG guys may want to note that that is from the beta.

Yep, easy as pie to note. However, I've gotten that with the retail disk too, and even in some tracks. There was a while that Pepsi 500 would only run in psychodelic mode. I haven't tried it recently tho.

I get that from time to time with my computer. Whenever I go into something a little graphics intensive like a game, everything looks a lttle funky.

Three cheers for ATI cards! Hip hip...anybody?

I found that by podding pepsi500 high .... making it the first race, makes that problem go away ... seems like its clashing with some other pod .. don't know which one though.

I have seen this happen in other games too. A friend of mine got this when he installed Nascar Racing 3 on his Compaq computer. But then again, it is a Compaq... Image

I have the demo of Nascar 3, and for me the whole thing looks like that. Not just the vehicles.

It looks perfectly normal on my system, but on my friend's it is all that way too. Car's, backgrounds, menus, all of it. Of course, it makes for the best laughs, because he plays it that way, not knowing what to do to fix it.

In fact, the only problem I have with it is with the controller. The throttle is always backwards. You have to put it in reverse to go forward. The joystick\wheel setup has been crappy since the very first version of Nascar Racing, and it has been with every version since, including all other Papy sims as well.

I wish they would just program in a "Flip Axis" option and be done with it. I mean, what good is a great game if you can't get your controller to work right?

I know this thread is a little old now, but I got an image of what happens on my machine as described above.
This shot was actually taken in MS FlightSim2000, but it's the same as what I get in MTM2.
