Idk if there is any specialist in this community, but I would really appreciate if you can help me with this.

I dont want it for the lastest pc games, i'm more light in that terms.
I want it for playing(in 1080p):
- Counter Strike Global Offensive
- Sniper Elite V2
- Left 4 Dead 2
- Monster Truck Madness 2 ...obviously(with the 120 tiles that introduce recently Fila)
- Rocket League(which I think is the most demanding one, imo)
- Bioshock Infinite(3rd most demanding)
- Mortal Kombat 9
- DiRT 3
- DiRT Showdown
- Payday 2(2nd most demanding)
- Guitar Hero 3
- Race Driver: GRID
- Saints Row: The Third
- FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage(I like it slighty more than 2)

If you looked to that list, imo, I dont want it for the lastest games.

When you say a build, do you mean only motherboard, video card and processor?

Yes. I thought that the GTX 950, AMD Athlon x4 845, would be nice.

You can't get a GTX960 there? Price is about the same but I don't know how easy it is to find a new 960. If not the 950 is fine.

For the processor, probably Athlon is the way to go I guess. The downside is you cannot really overclock it. Intel Pentium G3258 3.2 GHz Dual‑Core allows for overclocking and its single core is faster and let's face it, many programs (and even games) still only use a single core or two at best but overall they are pretty much the same.

Btw what operating system are you using again? If it's windows 7 then MTM2 with 120 will work wonderful with that setup. If it's windows 10... you might not be able to use all 120 tiles (or you will need to use nGlide).

Why is that? I'm using W10 at home with no problems.

Windows 10 is compatible with Directx5-7 games just about enough, but not fully compatible. So unless someone has a beast of a computer (tbf, I don't know what is more important, CPU or GPU) the frames per second in W10 might not be playable at 1920x1080 at 120 tiles.

I have a monster computer and I am getting 55fps at 1920x1080 and 120 tiles (65fps at 50 tiles). Someone with a lesser computer than mine is getting 900fps in Win7 and that is because Windows 7 is fully compatible with Directx5-7.

Win8.1 the less said the better (20fps at the standard 640x480 and 20 tiles) and Win 10 is semi decent (120fps at 640x480 and 20 tiles).

nGlide/3dfx is a workaround on both Win8 and 10 to get more fps (I get around 200fps on Win10 with 3dfx and nGlide set to upscale at 2560x1440). Especially on Win8 where it's the only way you can get more than 20fps.
