I looked. man, did I look. Over an hour, whoever made it, didn't release it. Or it aint here, which is hard to believe.

Anyhoo, just make one, that thing is in countless tracks. Its a prop.

I've seen it as a track prop in MTM1 tracks, I'd just take it from a track, and build my own.
