I recently made my first truck, Mountain Dew! Im very proud of the paint, didn't think it would come out like it did. Its a Chevy, and uhhh... tell me what you think :D

I saw the post on Draggers, and I have to say, it looks fantastic.

Especially the small tires version. How, I might ask, did you get those?

And it's funny, a Chevy at a Dodge building. xD

This started out as jetmonkeyj's Excaliber 2008, and is not just a repaint, the shocks, motor, and tires have been changed, and light have been added.
The paint job is excellent. The logos are well placed and positioned with the body, and the design is stunning. This easily stands out in a crowd of other trucks. The green alone is enough to make it stand out. This excellent custom design would make an awesome real life truck.
Changing the tires was a wise choice IMO, as I don't think the yellow wheels on Excaliber would have suited the truck.

Handling wise it is perfect for drags, it leans like a real truck on medium suspension settings (I haven't tried soft). However, this means those who desire to race on a circuit or rally track might want to set their suspension to hard to make it handle better on those types of tracks (unless you're really good at cornering, lol).
I could see most of the players who use this truck use it on drags though, because of it's Monster Jam truck appearance. The high vertice count doesn't make it an ideal choice for circuits and rallies because of lag issues. Of course, nothing I have stated so far is a fault or real downside.

There is only one downside I have found on this so far, and that is the suspension. The long shocks have been put on the body bin file, so when the truck lands from a jump or drives over bumpy terrain they will come through the axles. (NOTE: This only applies to the back, the front is fine). Placing the shocks on the axles instead might (remember MIGHT) solve this problem. This isn't necessarily going to affect people's opinions on the truck, let's not forget the game's settings (which can't be changed) can sometimes prevent some trucks from being spot on.

Flashing blue lights having been added to the front of the truck, if you ask me these add a great effect the truck. Anyone who downloads this truck must try it out at night with the lights on. They are aligned with the front of the truck to.

The axle bars and drive shaft are perfectly aligned with the body, and the wheels aren't partly separated from the axles.

This is a stunning debut truck. Will please fans of Replicas and customs alike. Sewilo, I have enjoyed testing this truck for you, and will be looking forward too seeing more trucks from you. Thank you for letting me try your awesome truck prior to releasing it.

Oh yea, I forgot to mention this. This truck inspired me. I am making an Amp Energy monster truck now. (Won't be funny since it's a dodge :P) This will probably be my best (If not Monkey'N Around Chevy) truck out there. I'm planning on finishing it today, though it might not be finished until tomorrow.

Oh, and Travis, sorry about taking your next project . Amp is made by Mountain Dew, which is why I chose it.

I knew there was already a Monster Energy truck out there, so I didn't wanna copy Jordan and Gekor, and everything else besides Amp was out of the question.

I've never had Mountain Dew, I don't think they sell it over here in the U.K. What's it like?

It's like a Citrus/Fruity blend.

Tastes kinda like Sprite, if you've ever had it...

Amp tastes NOTHING like it though.

I haven't had Sprite in years.
What's Amp like? Irn Bru? Tizer? Cyanide? Something completely different?

Amp has the 10% taste of MD, and has about a 90% taste of about any energy drink out there.

Tastes just like Monster Energy to me.

The flame grill was hard to find. I just searched "Dodge Ram Grill" on Google. I found this one after 5 pages.
