are there any trucks in mtm2 that you can do proper wheelies with, either from a standing start or like a slap wheelie, i no you can keep it on the back wheels if you hold reverse after landing in a certain way, but is there any other way...

There are some trucks that have had special suspension setups to make the back end flip backwards like there is a lot of weight in the back.

Take wheelie by +_boZZ.

If you want something realistic try Dennis Tafts Aces High, this has a version of the truck with this type of setup.

I'm afraid there is no way to make trucks do a standing start if they are steup normally though.

Oh, I forgot to say, trucks set up like that will always drive like that. If you want to move on all 4s (or almost) you will have to drive very slowly.

Actually I have made some wheelie trucks that hand beautifully...
I have to find them along with my new age RTS trucks...

Doesn't it work when you land on your back tires, and you push the down arrow, thats a way too
