Does anyone know how to change the map size inside Traxx (1.2). My files are HUGE because the I don't know how to make the thing smaller.

You can't change the size of a track, but you can reduce pod (and zip) size. See here for some notes on podzip.

If you are talking about the terrain map...
it should be 256x256 pixels, greyscale, 8-bit palletted I think...
