I have a recurring problem that is affecting my online play. Every time I try to connect to a game, I join in, we start up, and then 2 or 3 minutes in I am put back to the Multiplayer Menu and a window pops up that says there was an error, "Access Violation". Can someone help me to stop this problem?

Thanks,
Matt

make sure you have both Reflections and truck reflections turned off.

yea sometimes the game can't handle high quality stuff

you don't truly need to have all the options on either

I know back in the Zone days a number of us used to get AV's continually. Here is a few thoughts from me.

Make sure that all in the room with you know that when the game is launched to all wait in multiplayer for the slowest connection to mesh in. If anyone that is in first clicks to driver check in before All are in the multiplayer it usually happens that those with the slower connection will get an AV. When the game launches to multi All gamers need to be patient and wait till the slowest of connections is in.

They seemed to occur a lot when the full quota of gamers (8 ) tried to launch and normally the AV was immediate for at least one of us, others getting in multi and saying 'we lost whomever lets go back'. It was seen as part of our game and we lived with it. Now with 'join in progress' at Rengames we don't have to come back to the lobby and can wait in multi for the person having trouble to join in again.

Doing what Slayer and FB say at times helps so try it. I know in my case being on dial up and across the other side of the world sure did not seem to help, when I went to broadband it ceased for me. Maybe coincidence, I have no idea.

You are prolly better off saving the replays in game, sometimes the video catcher can interfere with the game, but it has to be in the quality of the game's capabilities, too high can cause a error
