Yes this is one of the better Drag/Freestyle tracks out, it was made by my friend Outlaw_Jon and i believe Karmageddon had a hand in it also, there's another shot of it here that was taken by Cale for the Expo 2ooo contest executing the "stunt" <IMG SRC="http://mtm2.com/~forum/pages/smile.gif" border=0>

OK I just have to ask this. What is it about these tracks that you PPL like about it. I as a single player just hate it when a track has no checkpoints.... For me it's just another download down the drain. Is it so hard to include them, if you must on a second pod so stand alone PPL can drive it too? The track itself looks nice and all, (textures etc) just not being able to finnish a race bugs me bigtime, that's all, crazy jumps etc, I just can't finnish ;-(((

These tracks are mainly for the hard core fans of the actual sport of monster truck racing, these types of courses are set up to simulate the real thing where the trucks race not side by side but on two separate but identical courses, and unfortunatly mtm2 does not support two separate sets of cp's so you need atleast 3 people in a game one of which will position himself at the start/finish line to launch the two racers and also will have a side view of the finish line to determine the winner of the "Drag"..
another use for these types of tracks is for "freestyle" competition, which is another part of the real sport... in this case each contestant takes a turn one at a time going off jumps, doing wheelies, crushing cars, or flipping just about anything to "out do" all the others driving skills, then one or two others in the game will be the judges of who is the most creative/crazy or whatever...

strictly for the hard core monster truck racing enthusiast..

hope this helps OOPS, i've done it a few times but personaly i prefer the visa-versa type racing Image

well that does explain it ;-). You have to excuse me here, I never saw any monster truck match (or whatever they're called) since I'm european you see. I just like the game for it's easy racing part plus the creating "bit" that guaranties almost a new track each day;-)

Thanks for the explanation....

Still would like to see a second pod though;-)

PS Glad you like the beta, that means a lot comming from a guy like you ;-)

Oops, you don't get to see any of the Monster Truck matches in Europe. Gee, your missing out on some great TV viewing.
Try visiting some of the MTM sites that deal with the sport they may have some pictures of some of the events.

Visit my site for some links to the MTM sport sites. I think I have 2 or 3 listed.
