Hop online and come to the Monster Truck section and join the "social room" and just ask for help. Depending on what time you get on, there may be some delay as people could be at work and leave the computer logged in...

Generally in the evenings (USA time) is the best time to get assistance. We'll be glad to help.

I know firefox did originally have an issue, dunno if they fixed it. otherwise, just make sure after installing it you close all your browser windows, to be safe even restart your computer, then try again.

Menu > Tools > Internet options > Security > Default level > apply

I suspect javascript is blocked and preventing the window from opening. That should fix it.

In case it doesn't, when you download you must turn off antivirus and download managers. If the download has become corrupt, you will have to uninstall it, reboot, redownload, and reinstall.

This problem comes up from time to time and it's usually always related to over protective security issues.
