I figured out how to install mtm1 tracks and trucks if anyone hasn't figured it out already. I will post the instructions if anyone needs me too.

When I get home today after work I will give a detailed step by step. It is tricky to get the .pods to work for mtm1 since the pod mounting programs add pods that do not exhist.

1. The first thing to do is take PODMAN.exe and put it into your main mtm1 folder. (Found from the tracked2.zip file)

2. If you open PODMAN.exe you will see the default SYSTEM\GAME.POD, SYSTEM\STARTUP.POD, SYSTEM\TRUCKPOD, SYSTEM\UI.POD under available .POD files which you will add these.

3. Once you add them click ok which will close PODMAN.exe and the POD.INI is created. Open POD.INI. The problem is that POD.INI will create the following files "everytime" PODMAN.exe is changed by adding or removing any POD file(s):

startup.pod
sound.pod
music.pod
truck2.pod
cockpit.pod
ui.pod

All six of these files are bogus and this prevents mtm1 from running. If you delete them and change the number at the top to match the files that are good to use then the game works.

I always stick my new PODs in the system folder so that it prevents confusion when I delete the bad pods in POD.INI. So every good POD reads as SYSTEM\TAURUS.POD, SYSTEM\USA-1.POD etc. Every time you add any truck or track in PODMAN.EXE you have to open POD.INI and delete the six bad pod files. That is why I usually don't even use PODMAN.EXE but I just copy and paste the new PODs directly into POD.INI.

This is the only thing I have tested so far so I do not know if any other method works.

Hope this helps anyone if they have problems.

This is a little off topic but aren't the mtm1 trucks in the J course drag racing supposed to finish the race without being disqualified? I may have missed this issue somewhere but how do I fix that? Is this a problem everyone is having?
