Open up pod.ini, add the name of the pod file to the end of the list and +1 to the top number.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I checked, no pod.ini file in the root folder or in the system folder (that has the pods in it) so how do you pod install mtm1 trucks and tracks in mtm1? lol
I'm pretty sure it just makes a pod.ini file. You can use any podder.
Just in the game folder. I don't have mtm1 installed at the moment - new hdd and all - but last I recall I just had the game pods and anything extra I wanted... up to 30 pods - in mtm1 you had to merge.
nvm, i apperently have podman from, uh, 2003 lol. moddfied in 1998 lol, anyways when i open it up in my mtm2 folder, it says play mtm2, i asume it will say mtm1 when i move the program?
I tried it, it didn't work at all. it podded files that don't even exist, and couldn't find the mtm1 pod files, and couldn't launch the game.
I haven't tried it on anything but xp. I think a few around here use win98 and I 'think' it works there.
I have a old pc that hasn't been booted up since 1999, but i've been meaning to dust it off and warm up the win 95 tubes agin to run some ping tests... I'll post an update here soon about, cowpod and whatever else i find... it should be a bit of fun seeing mtm1 again on 14" crt at 9fps.
Really? That's weird. You sure system restore didn't roll back to a previous restore point or something?
