For winXP that'd be c:\windows\system32\ but you don't "have" to. It'll work anywhere.

Why do you think it's not working for you?

those are the files i see in the slice60 folder. i also added turbo slice to the folder which gives me an error message every time i try to open it.

when i click on the slice60 icon at the bottom of the folder a window pops up like the window that pops up before you open tracked2, but it disappears in like .2 seconds.

For the turbo error, drop this either in the same directory the TurboSlice60.exe file is located or in the c:\windows\system32 folder. Either will do but the advantage of system32 is that it will then be available to other programs, should you have any that need it.

That should get you going. I assume your graphic is 24 bit TGA sized a multiple of 60 pixels.

In the program you'll see buttons labeled "details" - they tell you what each thing is for.... except for one, which I should fix, because it points to karf.net but that was hijacked from us. Anyway, it linked to this page, so you're not missing anything... it's just not as convenient.
