Well, I mean, MTM has different tracks and stuff. Plus there's an awesome built-in Drag Racing mode, just like the real thing. I'd definitely recommend it.

exactly why i downloaded it, if it was the same as mtm2 pfft i wouldnt have downloaded it.

man i am so happy that i have my original mtm2 cd and case, cant believe it lasted this long....almost had a double whammy as i found mtm1 original case and artwork, but no cd :(

I got both disc's and cases in perfect condition, even when mtm2 was used as a glass colster, its still perfect, manuals, everything, i still have the game boxes too, tho I think mtm2 got sligthly beat up.

Yeah. Thats where I DL'ed my MTM2, and MTM1. I found the site about a year ago, looking for old GTA games. Great site. It's good for other people to find the site now.
