A friend of mine just got a new computer and is a complete nOOb to it . I am trying to puppy him through the leaning stage . He wanted a simple to use CD burning program to burn audio CDs .

Here is what I came up with . Both of these are free and will burn audio CDs or multi-session data CD/DVDs (video DVDs are another story) .

<a href="http://cdburnerxp.se/download.php"target="_none">CDBurnerXP Pro 3</a>

<a href="http://www.deepburner.com/?r=download" target="_none">DeepBurner</a>

This is a great , free program to organize your collection . The "search" feature is a real time saver .

to be cheap, the XP burner does a very good job for the most part. its when you try and burn programs that it fails. That and an explorer errors is killer. so basically you gotta make sure no programs are running, and start the burn and just walk away for a few minutes.
