Hello there,

This is an original track with some surprises in it. As the title shows, there's a lot of magic in it. I also tried to make the track look nice. I hope you like this track.
You can download it in the beta section on KC's page.

Happy greetings from Pelletje

Hi!

A nice and surprising track! While I drove through canyons I saw cows hanging in the sky (?!!) and helicopters seemed to be frozen. I was really surprised by the magic in this track, although the title shows that everything is possible here.
This is a long rally with some unexpected corners. I like the jumps - yee-haah - which make my truck fly ;-)) Pelletje has succeeded in creating a sphere of unreality. This track gives me the feeling of a dream or something. Nice work, Pel!
The track has got a lot of variety, except for the beginning. There's a long straight road when you start driving. It just has to be shorter or you'll get bored. Another thing; I noticed some flaws in the corners, but it can be fixed.
A nice track from another Dutch woman ;-))

I have to agree with Emma on most points. But here's a few more notes for you.

 • The trees between checkpoints 6 and 7 go into the side of the hill.
 • Helicopters need to be animated. See below if you don't know about this.
 • You can see through the bottom of the ships near the end. Needs binedit or should really come out.
 • "There's a long straight road when you start driving." Did you see our straight-a-way contest? Look here if you didn't. You'll find a lot of ideas about how to make straight parts of a track more inteesting.

This is a good tough rally. Great job.

Now, animating a model

If you want to use an animated model, you need to load up all the bin files in the Traxx Models box. For example:

acopter0.bin
acopter1.bin
acopter2.bin
acopter3.bin
acopter4.bin
acopter5.bin

Then just Apply acopter0.bin to the object on the track. That's all you need to do, just put the one model in the track. When you run the game, it will work.

edit & p.s. In case any of you might have forgotten, Pelletje entered a pretty darn good track in the summer contest last year. It's very good to see she's still mtm'ing Image

This looks like a very nice track - I'll d/l and try it sometime this week. In the meantime I can't resist responding to WK's comment:
A Hollywood producer was casting for an action movie about the great composers - so he asked Bruce Willis who he'd like to play. Bruce said "My favourite composer is Mozart so I'd love to play him". Then he asked Silvester Stallone who he would like to be and Silvester replied "It definitely gotta be Beetoven for me". He then asked the same question to Arnold Swartzenigger who just glowered at him and said.... "I'll be Bach"! Image
