I am in the market for a RC truck. I'm debating between the Traxxas Stampede and The Clodbuster. I'm hoping for some input. I make my decision in a day or two.

Are you planning on racing, or do you just want a monster truck?

I'm looking for a monster truck. I might race eventually but if I do i'll save the real money for the TMaxx. I'm looking for an electric truck.

Here's what I have to say about it....

But... After a while, Clods tend to get pricey and end up like this.....

Both are a good truck, stock the pede's quicker, but there's more that can be done with a clod. It's all preference...

Electric is cool but nothing compares to Nitro. The smell, the sound, the speed! It's more work but IMO more rewarding.

For the record, I have an electric Stampede (great beginner truck) and an E-Maxx but my nitro Revo gets most of the attention nowadays.
