LOL

Speaking of alternative uses for junk software, my mother has been hanging unwanted CDs on the grape vines to act as bird scarers. But your idea is much more creative.

wow, out of curiosity, how did you even do that? i cant imagine the tools you would need, and you would probably have to destroy a previous calculator to get the hardware you would need, and how did you cut the insides of the disks only half way, those disks are hard to cut!

The last pic (as a rule) would have made me cry "PHOTOCHOP" . The other angles shot that down .

Maybe your on to something here bro (cabbage patch dolls made a mint) . Classic Software Calculators ...by...ch_2005 . Not sure about the legal end but you never know  !!

If you've ever ripped one apart then you know that they disks are molded in two pieces. I just used a utility knife to cutthrough one half. Then I super glued them together.

The bottom one lookes photoshopped because i scanned in an AOL label and photoshopped the numberson. Then i printed it out and put double sided tape on it. Kinda make it like a sticker; Then I stuck it over the keypad.

I put magnets in the middle of each half so when you shut it it latches magnetically :-)

But just careful use of a sharp razor utility knife works.

I ripped the Calc guts out of a mouse pad. hah. from being embedded in one computery thing to another.
