Buddy of mine asked me to make a rep of his dad's truck for him, so i figure since I have so many trucks of this body style, what's one more...

New project, details in above post. I spent almost 2 hours on the wheels alone trying to get them right, they're finally perfect.

That's awesome man.

I love old Chevy trucks... and Fords, and Dodges, and Studebaker's ... most of all Chevy's. I want a '66 short bed :o)

Can't help ya with a real one, but this one currently is a short bed. But I plan to make it a long bed.

I took back my body that BD modded from mine that I stole long ago from Turbo, and he's done a better job on it than I did, so why re-invent the wheel?

I made a tailgate, and even reverse painted it on the back side to make it look like its stamped out, looks pretty cool imo.

I have a few more things I wanna do to it yet, like hand paint a new grille, fix the tail lights, and lil things, but it's gonna be a pretty cool truck when done. Right now its sitting at 904 verts, so I'm doing very well so far.

I agree tho, I love the look of the 60's Chevy trucks, from actually the late 50's thru the late 80's are ALL my faves. I've just always wanted to make a 66 or so Chevy with those 80's Rallies on it, I think they look so cool together. I wanted it that baby blue color, but that's impossible, looks great on one track, looks bad on another, so... it's red now.
