We all know how awesome Mat Allum's Project Monster is gonna be... but has anyone thought about a soundtrack? I have... these are my suggestions! :D

Thrice - Stare at the Sun
Andy Hunter - Go!
No Connection - Living American
No Connection - Burnin'
Meatloaf - Bat Out of Hell
Overseer - Screw Up
Linkin Park - Faint
Linkin Park - Breaking the Habit

What does everyone think :?:

Meatloaf was the only one I recognized. I'm a classic rock person. [;)]

Whenever we get a monster truck show around here we get a ton of Pearl Jam. Its also a given to hear "I alone" by Live
Thats who I think of when I see monster trucks

I was personally thinking about having an "album editor" which would let you pick any music files you want. If you want (or don't want) certain songs, you could just delete them from the album file. I could provide links to music that could be added to the albums.

Any music used not produced specifically for the game would have to be licensed, freeware or not.

I play lead guitar in a band. We do mostly heavy metal, but we have no lead singer, so right now we just bang out kick-butt hardcore Musical jams... In my eyes, perfect for racin'. We've got a couple of songs that are awesome songs to drive to (they were written specifically for that purpose, by me.) As far as I'm concerned, and I know the rest of the band would be, if we can find a way to get some decent recordings put down, you can have them.

personally, i don't care if there's music in the game or not...i have a stereo right next to where i'm sitting, and that will be good enough for me.
