Notice the holes in the wall in my latest screen shot. I was thinking of including a simple obstacle avoidance system for each spectator, to allow them to walk into the stadium and pick a random seat - and yes, move around.

any realistic truck features would be a great improvement from previous games, such as the ability to do slap wheelies or go up on two wheels when cornering too fast. Also having a Championship points series mode would be really cool. Get all the realisitic tracks together, and do a realistic points series.

PS- rumbles and circuit rallys are all over when dealing with mtm1, 2 or the ps2 monster jam games. One or two would be cool but i wouldnt suggest overkill on those tracks. What hasnt been done before and what us hardcore fans are looing for is a game directed more toward real monster truck racing.

Mat, I'll go one up than the other guys-I'd be willing to actually make trucks for the game. Custom trucks, though, so there's no lawsuit-kinda stuff. But, I think it's important that you get a truck driving around on a generic landscape before dealing with making it look pretty. Once you have a basic physics engine and game dynamic in place, then concentrate on building tr?cks.

You are thinking big though, and I like that!

I'm with Cale on that one, I'll help you along with hime if you need some trucks made from scratch. Just drop me an e-mail and Cale can hit me up on AIM at xtremertm and we can get to work asap.

I haven't worked on this in two weeks so I'm gravely in danger of getting hunted down by an angry mob. However, I *do* have a new video, this time of the tire slide system I created.

http://performanceautoracing.aspfreeserver.com/userimg/tireslide.wmv

I hope that at least THIS link works.
