ot = off topic

For those who may not have seen them before I'd like to share the photos that were taken by NKA_Krazy himself on September 11, 2001, of the unfolding tragedy at the WTC, as seen from afar on the New Jersey shoreline. These are stunning photos, special in the face of history itself and special in the sense that one of our own was there to witness and chronicle it. Among the series you'll see the result of the impact of the second plane into the second tower and the later collapse of that tower.

I first saw these when Krazy shared them on the Original Evo Forum, at that time I saved the webpage itself, which was on the evening of Monday, September 17, 2001. I have just now edited that page a bit (removing text relating to a larger website that is no more), created thumbnails of the images and have re-uploaded it to showcase the core of the original content.

Krazy, if you have another primary link or wish something done differently then please speak up. :-)

Yeah those are some amazing photos Krazy, I too remember seeing those for the first time when you shared them with us... thanks for preserving them Wint....

although the attack happened more than 3000 miles from where I sit now it was as though it unfolded in my own backyard, then as well as now.

Actually I'm very happy you posted those, Winterkill...I couldn't have said it better myself.

It was a solemn day and I'll never forget what I saw.

I have reuploaded the website...This is a longer link, but contains no popups.

A shorter link is available, but has only 2 popups...Nothing is free in life =)

This website will never go down again. I have it permanently hosted on my own personal webspace and I'm hoping to try and restore the site to its original layout with the background music.
