Dear users,

I wanted to install some replica trucks today, but everytime I add a truck it comes up saying: Bad texture size on shock2.raw. I think I miss that file or something, while all cars give the same problem. Any ideas how to get rid of this problem?

Sounds to me like you unmounted the truck2.pod. Try remounting that and see if the problems clear up.

Still the same prob :? Seems like it was delivered in the install file without that part :( Can somebody upload his / her truck2.pod so I can download it? :)

Where did you get your game?

Bought it a long time ago, but was a little installation problem now that I installed it on XP, it couldn't write everything to the harddisc. All other things work fine though, think a little scratch at the place of the truck2.pod file :(

Well, maybe try either the low lag stock replacement, or the madness project. Either one might get you by.

No, that's not true. Either you still get the error or you do not. And if it can't find the dashboard, then you have unmounted that now too.

Have you seen this page?

That should answer a lot of questions for you.

Installed everything over, cars can be added now, happily, but the wheels are on the truck instead of under it :p

Maybe it's the truth :? Look I've had some problems with RCT 2 too a long time ago with XP. After re-installing XP everything worked fine again. And I have all the original CD's of RCT too. From the beginning till the latest. Even all official beta tests! Guess it just messed up, a scretched CD can still install, but will do some things wrong, like it happened on RCT 2 ...

Today I bought me a new copy of MTM 2, why should I stay working on a crashing program which made me sick and tired, while I can get a new one for 5 Euro's... Anyway installed, none of the updates installed and guess what, everything works great. The truck2.pod file was heavily damaged, it missed around de 350 kb and and another pod file wasn't even installed by the cd (guess the place of some scratches :() But everything works fine right now :) Thanks for the help and not believing me ;) [:P]

 Keep on the sunny side, always on the sunny side, keep on the sunny side of life ...

What to change when you can only add 31 pod files?

Here's the Patch

http://mtm2.com/~mtmg/downloads/mtm2/game/Mtm2pat.exe

And Podini2. Allows up to 99 Pod's

http://mtm2.com/~mtmg/downloads/mtm2/po ... odini2.zip

Make sure there in the MTM2 Folder in Program files.
