What is the length of a quarter mile in traxx tiles? I expect Mal to reply... because after all... he built one. :)

I'm pretty sure its around 40 or 41 but I'm not sure, and i wanna know if anyone else knows for sure.

I wanna know because I've got another idea in that noodle of mine, and i wanna see if i can tinker with a drag strip.

I'm always glad to help...

5280/4 = 1320
1320/32 = 41.25

41.25 grid squares/quarter-mile.

[edit] and 165 squares per mile.

That's correct. Each grid square is 32 feet, so 1320 feet would equal 41.25 squares.
