> I want to change the word "streak" by "extend".

Okay.

> English is not my main language so I want to know your opinion.

Your english is perfect.

> I think "Swap/Extend" are more meaningful than "Wrap/Streak".

I agree.

> When slicing 60/240 blocks, the user must choose between "swap/extend". One or the other will be used to fill the edges.

Yes, that's the way to go.

> When slicing 64/256 blocks the user must decide among "swap/extend/do nothing". To swap/extend the program takes the 60/240 core to overwrite the edges with it. Do nothing means... don't touch my edges!

Choice is always a good thing. Sounds like you have a firm grasp on the situation. At this stage, I can't see any problems with anything.

Is good to hear all that :)

A couple of minor things comes to my mind right now...

-The program is a MDI application, so multiple editors can be opened at same into the application workspace.

-The program, as you can see in the first screenshot, is named "Texture Tool for MTM and MTM2", not "Texture Slicer for MTM and MTM2". The slice editor is just a tool built into the application. The idea is to add, in the future, other kind of editors/tools in the File menu. Next thing could be something like "Open 2 textures in Texture Transition Editor".

Woa! What a large sloppy code for slicing :) The program is slicing/edging ok, I think, but I have to do a heavy test of it. It works ok with the basic_curve 60x60 block and I can't see a reason for it to fail on other resolutions. Only the automatic discard is lefting, and it is much easier than slicing. I think tomorrow I'll be ready to distribute the 1st beta version. I think, Phineus, we should test it to the bone before spreading copies. "We" means you and me at least and anyone who wants to help in beta testing. So, I'll send you a copy by email, if ya don't mind. What do you think?

Umm it seems that the amout of blocks to slice it into is only avalible when first opening the bmp file. This would be logical if the program calculates the number of tiles to make when you select the bmp and the tile size.

However, Somtimes people may want to grab some tiles out of the middle of a bmp so it should be made possible to move the grid a few pixles this way or that way - That may requrie changing the number of tiles.

Looks very good.
