Hehe well, Kmaster...I'll give you Copey's spin on this sort of thing, and it's not negative, not in the least.
For starters, and if I read your post right, you're asking the mtm community which author of the list of names you've come up has produced the best track. There are characterstics in a track that can be compared and measured - technical stuff. The tricky part comes in when you get to the areas of creativity and which tracks peg your fun meter - that stuff is very much subjective.
There was an Expo last year, and ultimately the job of the judges (and quite a judging panel it was too - tons of expertise/experience) was to name a winner in several categories featuring track and truck makers. Collectively we came up with who we thought the winners were, however, if there had been a different panel of judges, there probably would have been different winners.
Now, if you want people to list a few of their all-time favorite tracks, and then look for patterns...you're more likely to get more feedback, and I'll start it off. Mind you, I'm only going to list a few since there are a heck of a lot of tracks I think are great. Here we go:
