I configure the router to log me into the isp, and stay logged in permanently. I don't need or use anything else. The access programs I've used were one headache after another, especially for something you don't even need. AND, there are third party programs if you're really bent on it. I don't have one handy, cuz i don't use 'em, but I know they're around cuz they were recommended to me before getting the router. Search, and you'd prolly find.

Hey psyco,

Can you tell us anything about this bunch of hypocrits here

I'm not a credit monger or anything but I don't think they can prevent people using what they themselves only borrowed to begin with (we're talking dusk valley here). Is there any way to contact them and have their bogus prohibition corrected? We make things to share, and just cuz they filtered it through their kidneys doesn't mean they can lay god-like claim to any of it. Could you please use some of that admin influence you have and slap these guys around a bit? Thanks.

Hmm.. I'll post somthin in the mod forum and see if I can get sumthin stunk up... I cant say anything in public or I get the boot.. right or wrong... One of our rules about keeping things under control.. admin must always agree in public.. (but the arguements behind closed doors are worse than me and alpine ever done... and that was pretty bad...) But posting somthin now...

Man those wimpy cars break too easy...

pic

from what I saw the models and textures are not something I'd want to bother with... not quite up to mtm2 standards.

I understand. And please understand this is not the end of the world, and is not something to get in too deep over. After all, if they had anything worth while, what could they do about it when they're guilty themselves. But geez man, they're such hypocrits, is all. lol.

Thanks for the look see.

+Well... the few mods that have replied to it have agreed... but... people seem reluctant to speek out unless somthin really pushes some buttons... Also... RSC just hosts them... we dont have much control over what they do.. just a big delete key... (and I dont have that lol)

Mabey try sendin an email to get them to reword it or somthin? I dunno..

 • wusses
 • pansies
 • stupid bloody fairies

Sometimes mentioning it, and stating our disapproval is enough. It is, after all, a game. But be that as it may, they're still j/a's. Please feel free to direct your co-admins to this post, if you care to, so they can watch their reputation swirling the toilet bowl.

Thanks psyco. We couldn't ask for better. 8)

 • Make sure all computers on the network have a name
 • Make sure all computers on the network have the same group name
 • enable file sharing on all computers
 • set directory and file permissions to share on the network
 • Look in Network Neighbourhood, you should see the computers

More problems.. :(

I bought an X800 Pro 32 days ago. (with a 30day RMA period..)

Well.. in this time I've had an occasional problem. After the computer has been sitting with the screensaver running for several hours (like when I'm at work) .. When I bring it out of the screensaver.. I have tons of artifacts. I've figured it was a driver problem and tried different drivers. This seemed to help considerably. for about 20 days .. it happened one time. Well.. That brings us to today.. I'm in the middle of Half life 2 : Edpisode One and artifacts start poping up... So.. I get out..restart.. Now it's worse. Now it seems to be the card as I have artifacts even in the boot process.

Any ideas?

Please excuse any bad speeling.. I'm having a hard time seeing at the moment.

Do you have a spare card around you can switch in to test? Could also be something up with the monitor.

I sold my spare 6600GT a week after I got this card. I worked on a guys computer and he needed one.. I'm 99.99999657843% sure it's not the monitor.
