This one takes a ride through the ancient catacombs of Egypt. A lot of custom work has gone into the making of this track to create the atmosphere of the pyramids. Wall paintings, stone columns, large urns, flaming torches, and checkpoints featuring hieroglyphics are just some of the things you'll find. Don't expect too much greenery; the roads are dirt and gravel and, in a few places, are covered with the sands of time. Multiplayer action can be a bit of a challenge, especially in the labyrinth of tunnels deep in the ancient sepulcher. What are you waiting for? Go race this puppy and see some incredibly fine detail by the Traxx Master himself.

Well, lets just do what a crashdummy is supposed to do.

Smash it into a wall at high speed. GB's valley of the kings is one of the best tracks ever.......

CrashDummy11? You mean you didn't make the 1st 10? Heehee!

I agree OOPs... this is one great track... and always in my pod list. One that has stood the test of time, an object lesson in track making from the Traxx Maestro himself, and an inspiration to all aspiring track makers.

I wonder what CrashDummy11's qualifications for such harsh criticisms are?

Well different strokes for different folks i suppose, and perhaps this track is just a bit too difficult for some but i personally found it to be very well made and very challenging as are all of GB's tracks...

ctd11, just what did you find "bad" about this track? or was that statement just some kind of attention grabbing cheapshot nonsence that seems so prevalent in the zone nowadays?
tracks of this caliber take a great deal of someone's time and talents to create, the
very least you could do is elaborate so others with similar tastes or lack there of
won't bother with the dl.

I really don't understand why this discussion is taking place now as this track has been out for a long time now. But for my 2 cents worth, i totally disagree with crashdummy11. My only complaint about it is that it has no music. Other than that it's a great track.

I haven't played this track for awhile but I remember being really impressed with it. It's brilliant track with a great theme.

another one to add to the tally i LUV valley of the kings but got sick of it once i'd raced it over and over again. But when i ws racing it i absolutely loved it.

btw : a bit of history - it was my first ever track downloaded. So thats why my oppinion may be positive, only prob with it is that there should'e been more secrets where u went into tombs etc and smashed mummies around etc

I think that GuitarBill's trak "Valley of the Kings" is awesome! It does look kinda like Sidewinder Canyon w/ an Egyptian theme to it, but I love anything with tombs or temples in it, so I'm probably bi-ass Image

This track does have one secret to it that I have found. I wood give it an 8.5/10!
