Anyone know how to upload your instant replays to youtube? How do you change the file type?

You would have to Fraps the video, then upload it.

Just record it with Fraps, edit it in Windows Movie Maker, Adobe After Effects, Sony Vegas, etc, and then render as a WMV file, or an MP4 file.
