putting 2 objects together..

how do i put 2 models together? like, i got a flat dirt ramp, and a regular ramp and i want to connect them so its all one thing, how do i do that? i can put them both in binedit but dunno how to move them.

Select vertices and translate. Steps 3, 4, and 5 to start, then step 11 to complete: Simple Pod Extraction & Model Assembly with BinEdit v2.2
