MTMG NR2003 Offline Championship: Take 2!

Post by NIR_Cr@$hC@rt »

Some of you may remember that last year, I tried to get an offline championship up and running. We did 3 races before the championship fell silent.

Well, now it is the summer holiday, so I'll try it again. I'll be running only 35% distance races, to make it quicker and less boring. I am hoping to start it on Sunday, but I am around any day of the week so if not enough people sign up, I can wait.

I would like to remind everyone that when it starts up, you don't have to drive. I put your names on the cars and then run them in a race, using the AI. Then I post results. :)

If you want to join, post here with your first initial, surname, which car number you want, and your team name. To make it more fun, drivers can group into teams of up to 3 drivers. All paint schemes will be 2003 NASCAR ones.

So, I'm ready for you to sign up. :)

Scat, which team? You can join me, or make a team of your own. :)

Last year you provided cars and options, so I'm not sure what we have to do this year or what you mean by team. My number is #23, but that in itself doesn't seem to mean much this go around. Is there any light you can shed on the new format? Thanks.

Basically, you can choose any NASCAR from 2003. I'll provide a list if it would help. And by teams, I mean that you can group up with up to 2 more drivers. This won't change the points or racing, but maybe I can add up the team points.

Alternatively, I could not make teams, which is probably simpler. [:P]

It is NASCAR Racing 2003, but you don't have to have the game to join in. Just post your first initial and surname, and which car you would like.

It might be easier not to.

First initial and surname? Sorry, it's a bit different to the last one.
