Transparencies In Flash Animations

Anyone know how to get images to have a transparency in a flash animation? I'm trying to get trucks to roll out along a conveyer belt on my site but the truck pictures have a white box background. I need to be able to see the conveyer belt and the wall around the truck for it to look good.

Load it into psp make the white background a color that it won't make parts of your truck also transparent. Goto colors menu and theres a set pallete transparency. Use the 3rd option and click on the color...

Save as a GIF. import into your library/ect.
