Let me hear your vote

Post by SirJames »

Howdy All;

First off,, Thanks for the link Phineus, to zModler. It worked like a charm. Now I have another problem. I pulled 2 of my trucks (collective soul and wolfmaster) into my 3d programs only to find they look bland and just don't do it for me.

So, I would like you all to pass me your vote for the best looking truck in the MTM2 world. A truck with the best paint job and the best add-ons. A truck that would look good sitting next to some realistic vegetation so I can make me so cool wallpapers. Of course I'll post a link as I get some done!

Let me hear it,,, what's the best looking truck out there :?:

Thanks All
Laters

Whilst sifting through the accumulation of dead brain cells - I seem to recall one of the best paint jobs (IMO) I remember was on an Alpine site (don't know if it's still active) - a PSP tutorial and, Alpie explained how he did a custom repaint on a stock truck. The graphics were from a video game - can't remember the game, but the the paint job was superb. Does anyone know what the heck I'm talking about?

BTW nice to see a MTM2 living legend alive and well Sir J :)

I know this is going to be an useless post for you, but here's some links anyway.

Collection sites

http://www.mw-gaming.com/MWG/MTM2/MTMTrucks.html

http://www.virtualdade.com/trucklot/

Home pages

Some of Alpine's work is indeed some of the finest we've seen. Rep Fan has been a veritable assembly plant of first rate work. And bigdogge has been a creative whiz. And the list goes on a long ways - many deserving of mention. The best I can suggest is to browse until you find a few things you like. There's no shortage of preview pictures. Alternately, if you give a few hints what you're looking for, maybe we can drum up something more directly.... otherwise you're likely to get shown stuff like this ;-)

edit & ps. I should be ashamed of myself for leaving this link off

If it's realistic you want, then some of the ST trucks I made using evo bodys may do.......here's a few suggestions:

Of course the best looking truck in MTM2 world would be mine but i think this one would sure fit great on those wallpaper. not only the pain job should fit it nicely but the style of the truck really goes along with rallies

This is the machine in question.

It is Scatter's truck. Said mine look better just by loyalty lol But Scat's truck would fit better the environement he's looking for. Look more like a rally truck than a city truck. The truck is by Rep Fan btw. So this is what i vote for.

Is there anything in particular you are looking for James? What I mean is: Are you looking for the best looking "Monster Truck"? Or just the best looking vehicle that is used in this game we enjoy so much?

Just a thought.
