HOW DO YOU CHANGE A TRUCKS NAME AFTER FINSH IT??

Ive been working on (a) truck(s)and i know how to add parts move light and of corse paint the truck but how do i change the trucks name and what utility(s)...i got a flat F-350 flat bed police truck wait and the robber truck to!

Have you done the mdmre repaint tutorial yet? Look it over, it should be some help.

It sounds to me like you're doing fine in binedit, but just need to learn the mtm part of truck making. You can find more info on the TRK file here .

You might pick up a few tips here .

And while I'm giving links, don't forget Drive2Survive's site .

Now, to answer your question very specifically, the first two lines of the TRK file are these:

MTM2 truckName
Bigfoot

In notepad, just change the "Bigfoot" part to the name you want to use for the truck. It will look like this:

MTM2 truckName
My new truck name

To make the truck pod, you'll have to use winpod (and create a LST file first) or use Tracked2 (if it will work on your system).

ok now i fell just a little dumb but i learned how to open the file so that should make it ALOT easier but i will still change the name of the trk file to so that if i win pod it doesnt think the add on is bigfoot lol.well now ill just open it in note pad and change the name...pk so im not completely done painting it but phin ill email it to u b 4 i put it up on ANY cnr site lol..hacman u tell me if your interested!!
