cutom palette changes water color to gray

On a suggestion of Winterkill I generated a custom palette for my track currently under development. Didn't look bad except for the water that turned back to that ugly gray.
I was so pleased to have for the first time blue water with the release of fixmore.pod (something fixall.pod never managed to achieve on my installation).

Is there a way to build a custom palette that preserves the blue water?
