Speaking of other games...

Microsoft announced on the 5th that it has a new bundled "Madness" package that has MTM2, MCM and MM in it for one low price.

Now that MTM2 is in the "bargin basket" I would guess the Zone will get some fresh blood.

those are more like the baja 1000 trophy trucks, but i like those too.

and under normal occasions i wouldn't do this but since we will be receiving a new computer towards the end of this month i will....were can i get the demo???¿¿¿???

Weee, this Screamer 4x4 looks VERY VERY nice. I was really good impressed by it. Looking forward to seeing it. Now i still have to d/l the demo of Insane.

I downloaded the Insane demo from fileplanet but it didn't work for me. Setup went to 99% and then froze.

Got it from another site listed here and it works (but I can't setup my steering wheel for it)

I am all for new games, don't get me wrong, but this is not the place for this thread.

Phin, if you want to move it over to general as you mentioned long ago to keep it, go ahead, you can add a post to say where it went.

I don't want to stiffle anything, but as you may notice, there is a huge amount of posts here, and I don't want it off the topic any more.

I just downloaded the Dirt Track Racing demo. The game looks sweet. 18 megs. Worth the download. Get it at avault.

yep KC..by all means close this topic, well with Phin's help get it moved to a more appropriate section of the board. Fila mentioned (close to the top of this thread) that it was "funny" we were discussing other games in the 4x4 forum, and I agree. It does have some merit however, in that we are comparing similar games.

why? this topic is called other games 2 so we were talking about other games. somebody else could have said something about it also. its not like we were having a personal conversation or anything. besides, i don't have his e-mail address.

This thread was a contiuation of the 4x4 Trophy post started in the 4x4 General section, which was discussing the unknown information about what turned out to be Screamer. And even tschirke from Clevers came here to share information about the new game. This was an excellent opportunity to be in contact with a programmer of a new game, and to try and gain the inside edge in its development - the same way as we have participated in 4x4.

Instead, now, people come here to read about cookies and cake, hidden mtm trucks, the insane demo, modem connections, school policies, misbehaving computer users, record number of posts, proper message board behaviour, and personal experiences racing gran turismo on playstation.

This is an mtm/game message board. If you want to mess around, take it someplace else. It is not welcome here and will be deleted the moment I see it. If you continue in this manner, we'll just have to see how thorough the message board's ban feature works.

Btw, about Screamer 4x4. Has anyone found the chopper? hehe, and i really really like the bouncy trucks there. I bounced my butt off. LOL, and it moves very smooth too on a p3 600 mhz, with voodoo3 2000 16mb. I made a decision that this game i will buy it the minute i see it. So, if Tschirke would be nicely to still check out this message board, could he give an estimated period of the release date? I crashed alot. Bouncy bouncy. And u saw how u get "stuck" in the water. Like it's a wall or something. hehe
