Need A Utility For FTP Stuff

I've got CuteFTP 4 and all that otehr FTP program stuff but i need a utility that can tell me how many files are in the directory. I'm uploading ALOT of utilities see here

but i wanna make sure i haven't missed out on any so i need some utility that will count all of the files in the host directory. Perhaps also tells you how many files of type ZIP, EXE, ACE etc are in the directory 2. Anyone know how to do this otehr than adding up all the utilities by coutning them. Its not easy because i've nearly got 90 utilities uploaded there!

Well, I think you may just be in for a touch of luck here! I'd be more than happy to look into making the program myself. If you have any requests, I'd be more than happy to try and put them in. It could take a while, but it'll be worth the wait!

You into programming 2 huh?

I am as well but making anything to do with FTP would be 2 hard for me

anyway thanks if you are here is what would be helpful!

- Counts how many different file types there are and how many of each!

Thats all i really need and perhaps a file compar tool to see if one is older than the other
