What happened to MTM2Draggers forum?

I'm curious what happened to MTM2Draggers forum. All of the post from the forum were all been disappeared.

The forum went out long time ago. I don't know who was hosting it back then. I was asked to restart it on mtm2.com and I said yes, but I never had a working back-up to restore everything.

I'm willing to bet money that once games like Rigs Of Rods and BeamNG came into to the Monster Truck Sim scene, the website has been all but blown out of the water, to where it's no longer feasible, nor any point to continue with the website to the point of shut down. Nat Gage will tell you all about it since he was the bloke who founded it and was in charge of the website two decades ago.

Mind you, I do sincerely hope that future Comm and Beta patches will start giving both Beam and Rigs some competition, as far as MTM2 being the more simcade option to a certain target audience, as opposed to the full on hyper realism of both Beam and Rigs which is never going to be my taste nor fun to me whatsoever. Hmph!

As for what happened to it, Ford-Chan got it right. When RoR came on the scene Draggers became a ghost town overnight practically. I didn't get there until a few months before it happened and all the leagues and plans at the time just vanished and made the jump. Personally I don't see a reason to bring it back besides nostalgia
