Sorry for taking so long to get another build out to fix a few known crashes, I've been struggling a lot the last few weeks.

Question: Does the code have a file named Spanfill.asm? (yes, written in good ol assembly code).

And if you do, do you think that has anything to do with how the engine deals with textures for when rendering direct3d/opengl? I know it definitely is used for software rendering.

Spanfill.asm is completely un-utilized in the 3D rendering path. Just software rendering.
