Zoom function on a lap top?

Post by Malibu350 »

Lap tops don't have a number pad, at least this one doesn't... so the + - keys are gone meaning no zooming in or out. is there any other key combo to zoom?, or is this something that needs fixing, like adding a zoom icon to the tool bar and an option in the veiw menu?

the OS is XP, if that matters at all.

I've looked and looked but couldn't find a work around; so yep, new options would be a good thing.

Actually, I spent ten minutes trying ctrl and a lot of keys, then alt and more keys, then shift and more keys, then ctrl and shift and ...

I know. What a show off, huh? hehe. Of course, I'm kidding. I just finished re-reading, over the weekend, everything d2s' done. I sent him a small e-mail about one or two niggling points Image ... I don't think he's talking to me anymore Image

The last laptop keyboard I saw looked like this. There is an 'fn' key that that you press to make the fake numpad keys work, marked in green, I raised and lowered the cam in mtm2 that way.
