i need help

1. how do i insert things like um......the backhoe or sighns from other tracks onto mine????? i tried loading things from the art file but it says its empty even though its not.....2. is there any way to modify tracks that u d/load???? 3. how do u make rumbles??? i looked at that help file here but im still confused. please help me out

i did and thats great for tracks but it doesnt say anything about rumbles or if u can take other tracks and modify them

yes, but its concidered theft unless you have the original authors permission or its a stock track.
