DeskTop ShortCut Utility

I made this program a while ago but never released it. It was designed to help reduce the clutter on your desktop. It is very easy to use.

Unzip it to a folder
Create a shortcut to it on your desktop
Open the program
Select the path to a programs .exe file that you use alot
Type in a name for that program
click save

when you want to run that program, click on its name then click RUN

You can add as many programs as you wish.
I dont have the source for this anymore so if any bugs are found, I cant really update it, so it is being released "AS IS".
The only bug that was found was each time you run the program it shows a icon by your clock but when you close it and move your mouse over the icon is dissapears, thats about it, enjoy.
