do all track making programs cost money? if not, which ones are free? cuz i dont want to pay money for traxx.

Tracked2 is Terminal Reality's track and truck editor. It's free.

Traxx has a non expiring demo that's an excellent deal.

While we're on the subject, most truck making utilities are also freeware.
